You’ll be responsible for scheduling, rostering and remunerating inmates for their work within the Centre. You’ll work closely with employment service leaders and correctional staff in a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be based at the Clarence Correctional Centre in Lavadia, NSW, 12.5 km south-east of Grafton. As an Employment, Scheduling & Remuneration Officer in the Centre Services team, you’ll make a positive impact by: Scheduling and processing inmate employment appointments using OIMS and other systems Maintaining accurate records of inmate attendance and hours worked Ensuring remuneration aligns with inmate's work contributions Communicating with the Job Centre Facilitator to manage job vacancies Supporting the creation and improvement of administrative systems for inmate rosters Liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and responding to queries promptly About Clarence Correctional Centre Opened in mid-2020, this 1,700-bed state-of-the-art facility is the largest correctional Centre in Australia.
