At WorkSafe Connect, we are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with nearly 20 years of experience delivering high-quality safety training across Queensland. With a focus on outcomes that matter, we support industries such as resources, construction, manufacturing, and government.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Customer Service & Training Administrator to join our Townsville team. This part-time position is suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values being part of a close-knit team.
Work hours
Standard (minimum 2 days): Thursdays & Fridays, 6:30am–2.00pm (7 hrs + 30-min lunch)
Additional (preferred, not essential): Mondays, 6:30am–11.30am (5 hours)
Flexibility: Occasional altered hours or extra days for leave coverage (desirable but not essential)
Customer Service & Front Reception
Welcome participants on arrival, assist with electronic Learner Portal access, direct them to their classrooms, and ensure they feel supported and comfortable.
Answering phone calls and providing professional and friendly client support
Confidently discussing our training courses and services
Transferring calls and managing enquiries as appropriate
Training Administration
Preparing and printing course materials
Auditing completed course paperwork against internal checklists
Entering data and results into our Student Management System
Scanning and archiving training records
Facilities Support
Maintaining a clean and organised office workplace
Using a company vehicle to check mail and collect materials as needed
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of administration experience, attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Have previous customer service experience
Have strong administration and data entry skills
Are organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Take pride in your accuracy and attention to detail
Are comfortable working in a small team environment
Hold a current driver’s licence (essential) and be aged over 21 (due to car insurance requirements).
