Barista Position at Zarraffa's Coffee – Worongary
Zarraffa's Coffee Worongary is inviting skilled and enthusiastic Baristas to join our coffee‐loving family. You will have the opportunity to grow, learn, and progress in your career while delivering top‐notch coffee experiences in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve quality coffee and drinks according to brand standards.
* Create the perfect cup of coffee.
* Assist with food preparation tasks such as gathering, weighing, measuring, cutting, and mixing ingredients.
* Prepare ciabatta sandwiches, wraps, croissants, and bagels.
* Ensure all products are clearly labeled for food compliance and rotate stock correctly.
* Maintain a clean and organized food‐prep area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of rubbish.
* Stock and restock ingredients as needed.
* Keep food storage and preparation areas in compliance with Health & Safety standards.
* Comply with all required food standards and maintain a high standard of food preparation with strong attention to detail.
* Perform cleaning and other duties as directed.
Qualifications
* Current Food Safety Certificate.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Experience as a Barista (years of experience to be specified).
* Experience with various coffee types (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.).
* Customer service experience.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
