Key Responsibilities
* Designing and executing growth strategies that elevate our service footprint.
* Identifying new markets, partnerships, and service opportunities.
* Leading end-to-end acquisition and merger processes, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
* Ensuring 100% compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and audit requirements.
* Preparing high-quality proposals and recommendations for executive decision-making.
* Strengthening governance, risk management, and information security across all growth activities.
Key Outcomes
* *****% annual growth in participant numbers or service footprint.
* Successful acquisitions with zero major non-conformities.

* Deep knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, audits, and compliance.

* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A commitment to person-centered practice, inclusion, and participant rights.
