We're on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service & Uptime Coordinator to join our Clayton team on a 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll step into a dynamic environment supporting a team of Service Coordinators who respond to urgent breakdowns and repairs across Heavy Earthmoving, Mining Equipment and Industrial Engines.
While the team manages the reactive side, your focus will be on the proactive service events that maximise machine uptime, boost customer confidence, and strengthen trust in William Adams and Caterpillar alike.
Day to day, you'll be scheduling planned maintenance, monitoring service events, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, managing data entry, and supporting customer communications.
By ensuring proactive service stays front and centre, you'll help the team deliver excellence in every interaction.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Your main responsibilities will include:
Schedule all P.I.P.'s and monitor to complete.
Schedule P.S.P.'s as per Branch Manager's recommendations.
Following up on quotes generated during PM Service Events for our earthmoving and industrial engine customers and scheduling / managing work
Scheduling Pro-Active service events such as;
Pre warranty expiry inspections
Priority / safety and pre-failure product updates
Inspections designed to drive incremental revenue
Works generated from inspections completed during other works
Maintaining quoting and CRM system with accurate records
Completing and recording Pro-Active transactional customer surveys
ABOUT YOU
You understand the importance of exceptional customer service and have a strong eye for detail.
You are a naturally positive and engaging communicator and enjoy collaborating at all levels.
