The work:
You'll sit in a tight, two-partner practice and run a genuinely varied disputes practice, including matters such as:
* Shareholder and joint venture disputes arising from mid-market and private equity transactions
* Contractual disputes linked to M&A, earn-outs and failed deals
* Insolvency-adjacent litigation and recovery actions
* Corporations Act matters and director/shareholder claims
* Strategic pre-litigation advice designed to resolve matters early (and often successfully)
This is a practice that celebrates smart settlements as much as courtroom wins — and clients love them for it.
The role:
This opportunity would suit an Associate or Senior Associate who:
* Has between 2-7 years PAE solid experience in commercial litigation or disputes
* Enjoys running matters with a high degree of autonomy
* Thinks commercially and values client relationships
* Wants exposure to quality corporate-driven disputes without being siloed
You'll work closely with partners who are hands-on, well-regarded in the market, and invested in developing their people.
