ZSG is seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all key performance indicators, including financial and rostering metrics.
You will supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our food quality and safety standards are consistently met.
We require a highly motivated individual who can build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for food and restaurant operations is essential, as is a positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management is preferred, but not necessary. If you have a proven track record of delivering results in a restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
