About the role: Work across back-end construction matters, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication processes. Assist on disputes arising from major infrastructure and development projects. Gain exposure to matters across energy (including renewables), transport, utilities and large-scale developments. Collaborate with a national team and contribute to high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters. The ideal candidate: 3 - 7 years’ PQE in construction law, ideally with exposure to disputes or back-end matters. Experience or interest in major projects, infrastructure or engineering-related work. Strong drafting and analytical skills, with a commercial and practical approach. Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
