About the Role
As an ICT Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients, working across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and networking environments. You'll troubleshoot issues, assist with migrations, and collaborate with our teams to deliver exceptional managed services.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide IT support for desktops, servers, and networks.
* Manage and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Networks, end point Hardware and Azure.
* Assist with IT projects, including onboarding, migrations, and deployments.
* Maintain accurate documentation best practices.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise.

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2+ years in ICT support.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure.
* Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls.
* Experience with remote monitoring and management tools.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Microsoft certifications (or working towards) highly regarded.
