About this role:
This is a senior leadership position that requires an experienced and skilled Design Manager to shape the company's design vision and strategy.
The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional leaders, champion customer needs, and turn insights into experiences that inspire action.
* Develop the design strategy: Collaborate with the B2B Segment Leadership Team to embed design and customer experience into the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Lead and motivate your team: Manage and mentor product designers in cross-functional squads, setting clear direction, supporting career growth, and ensuring sustainable ways of working.
* Enhance our design practice: Champion best-in-class design processes, tools, and rituals across the CX team, driving continuous improvement in how we collaborate, discover, and deliver.
Required skills and qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years' experience in experience design, with strong expertise in product and technology teams.
Proven service design skills and ability to apply systems thinking to enhance end-to-end customer journeys.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build customer empathy and cross-functional consensus.
Familiarity with Figma and emerging UX/UI tools.
