At Bloom Behavioural, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary crew to deliver life-changing, evidence-based supports to people with complex needs – right where it matters most: in their homes, schools, and communities.
What You'll Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive assessments and FBAs to understand individual needs, strengths and behaviour patterns
Collaborate with participants, families and caregivers to co-create practical, strengths-based support plans
Deliver community outreach supports, with work-from-home flexibility for planning and reporting
Travel to participants across Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, and nearby communities
Coach and support stakeholders to implement strategies that build skills and improve daily life
Track progress, collect data and continuously refine plans to maximise outcomes
Work closely with allied health partners to ensure coordinated, holistic care
Maintain clear documentation and contribute to Bloom's culture of continuous quality improvement
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, OT, or similar
* NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID (Core or Proficient)
* Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support in community settings
* Strong knowledge of FBAs, data collection, and evidence-based planning
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in problem-solving, navigating complexity, and adapting on the fly
* Passion for empowering individuals with complex support needs
* Willingness to travel within the region as needed (compensated for)
