Senior Health Strategist
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our health and safety initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety policies across all locations in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement effective health and safety strategies.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide training and support to employees on health and safety best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate hazards.
* Lead the development and ongoing review of our safety management system.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and standards.
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Health and Safety or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 15 years demonstrated experience working in health and safety.
* Proven track record of leading health and safety initiatives in medium to large businesses.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
