**About the Role**
We are seeking a principal trainer or to join our Digital Health Training and Adoption team to deliver EMR and digital system training.

The Principal trainer role is responsible for the development and delivery of training for the EMR and other digital system and devices. This role offers diversity and skills development. As a member of our collaborative team, the Principal Trainer will develop training plans, create training content, develop training materials, conduct training webinars and simulation laboratories for our EMR and broader digital system training and adoption programs. With a focus on adoption of our systems, you will provide at-the-elbow support to staff as well as liaising with managers to provide relevant support to areas. The Principal Trainer delivers high quality training and support to a broad range of end users including clinical and non-clinical staff across the Monash Health sites.
The Principal Trainer engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Digital Health Training and Adoption programs meet the needs of Monash Health employees. You will prepare new and existing employees to use the EMR and other digital systems and devices, and providing ongoing support to embed the adoption of using digital systems accurately and confidently.
**About You**
This role will involve travel between Monash Health campuses and accordingly a current Driver's Licence is a mandatory requirement.
