Moama Riverside Holiday Park sits right on the banks of the beautiful Murray River and offers our guests the perfect place to relax and unwind. We're now looking for a Permanent Full-time Office and Park Allrounder to join our friendly team and help keep things running smoothly across both the office and the park.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied role that combines reception and housekeeping duties with general park support. No two days are the same You'll be working together with our Moama team, helping guests with check-ins, assisting with bookings, maintaining tidy facilities, and lending a hand wherever it's needed to ensure our visitors enjoy an exceptional holiday experience.
You'll receive an above-Award hourly rate based on experience, plus Super and the applicable Hospitality Award penalty rates for weekends and public holidays.
What You'll Be Doing
Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
* Welcoming and checking guests in and out of the park
* Answering phone calls and responding to guest enquiries
* Entering and maintaining bookings in our reservation system (NewBook)
* Processing payments
* Supporting the Park Managers and Caretaker
* Assisting with general office administration and record-keeping
* Lending a hand to the housekeeping or maintenance teams when required
* Carrying out other ad-hoc duties to help keep the park running smoothly
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
* Reservation System Experience (Newbook) preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant if required
* Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent personal presentation with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
* Physically fit and willing to get involved in all aspects of the park
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Current driver's licence
* Understanding of WH&S responsibilities
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one) is required. Please note that successful applicants may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing during employment.
