Job Description
Join our award-winning team at Elements of Byron, a luxury beachfront resort set on the iconic Belongil Beach. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Casual Demi Chef to join our culinary team.
As a Demi Chef, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of outlets, including Azure Bar and Dining, our signature restaurant, Breeze Poolside Dining, and Summersalt, our Mediterranean-inspired food truck located at the adults-only pool. With our venues open 7 days per week, shifts may include breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, offering variety and the chance to grow your skills across different dining styles.
We're seeking someone with previous experience in a Demi Chef or similar role, ideally within a hotel or resort environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality, consistent dishes and the flexibility to work 30+ hours per week.

* Previous experience in a Demi Chef or similar role, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
* Flexibility to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts (30+ hours per week) including weekends and public holidays

* A genuine interest in learning and developing your culinary career
