We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Professional to join our team at Spinifex Recruiting.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder relationships, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Processing Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable
* Managing administrative tasks such as reporting, travel arrangements and marketing support
* Liaising with customers, retailers and contractors to build trust-worthy and genuine relationships
* Solving complex problems and managing multiple situations

The successful candidate will possess great technical skills, be resilient and have a collaborative and self-driven personality. Finance skills would be highly advantageous in this role.

This is not an average Administration position. It requires a high level of skill, expertise and professionalism.
