A Day In The Life
* Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 20 members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
* Liaising with Stock Allocator and maintaining appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.
About You
* Demonstrated leadership experience – leading from the front, empowering the team and embodying a leadership style aligned with organisational values.
* Customer‐first mindset, robust fundamentals and reliable approach to retail.
* Experience in a retail or hospitality role (experience valued but not a deal‐breaker).
