Overview

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator who's curious, organised, and ready to learn how our award‐winning agency runs behind the scenes. This role is perfect if you love structure, enjoy connecting dots, and want exposure to everything from resourcing and delivery to tools, processes and automation. You'll work closely with Delivery and Operations leads and get hands‐on experience across the engine room of our agency. You'll be supported by people who want you to learn, grow and contribute. It's a hands‐on role with room to develop — not just tick boxes.

What you'll be doing
* Supporting day‐to‐day agency operations across resourcing, delivery and tooling
* Maintaining trackers, templates, documentation and operational systems
* Supporting freelance coordination, traffic management and offshore workflows
* Helping keep onboarding, access and tool setup running smoothly
* Assisting with reporting, reconciliation and compliance activities
* Spotting opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems, automation and AI
What we're looking for
* 0–2 years' experience in an agency, operations, coordination or admin role
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Confidence working with trackers, spreadsheets, documentation and task tools
* A curious, proactive mindset — you want to understand how things work
* Interest in operations, systems, delivery and continuous improvement
* A collaborative, reliable "I've got this" attitude
