We are seeking Support Workers to join our vibrant team at CPA Lifestyles. The role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives and actively drive their own decisions and goals.
The successful applicant will work across our Lifestyles Program, including day center, Outreach and Individualized support to clients in Allambie and surrounding Northern Beaches areas. This is a day shift program, between 9:30am - 3:30pm.
Job Description:
Your role will involve supporting people with disability to express themselves through creative mediums such as art, cooking, and gardening. You will also assist clients with mealtimes, personal care, and medication.
You will be part of a dynamic team that champions equitable opportunities and fosters an inclusive culture. We believe in the importance of ongoing professional development and provide opportunities for training and growth.
Requirements:
* Available for a minimum of 3-4 days per week, hours between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm
* Valid NSW driver's license (P2 or full)
