Qualifications & Attributes
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or in progress).
* Familiarity with the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework.
* Ability to support young children with care and empathy.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Current Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management training (or willingness to obtain).
* Protecting Children Mandatory Reporting Training (or willingness to undergo).
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Police Check.
* Passion for childcare and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
* Provide care and education to children, supervising various learning experiences.
* Design, implement, and enhance daily activities.
* Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate effectively with families and children.
* Foster trust, compassion, and strong relationships with children.
* Share developmental milestones with families.
