The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Architect with 8+ years' experience. You'll lead projects across the design phase, working with consultants and clients while overseeing documentation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects across all stages
- Lead client and consultant coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing
About You
- 8+ years' architectural experience, with Class 1 and Class 2 projects
- NSW registration (desired but not essential)
- Strong documentation and project delivery skills
- ArchiCAD literate
- Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented
