Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Administration Assistant to join our Social Enterprises team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and participants, providing a friendly and efficient service at reception and over the phone, while supporting the team with a range of administrative and clerical duties.
Tasks include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, both in person and via phone.
* Managing reception duties, including screening calls and responding to enquiries professionally.
* Maintaining client management systems, allocating jobs, and resolving invoice enquiries.
* Undertaking general administration tasks including filing, data entry, email correspondence, purchase orders, and petty cash management.
* Monitoring office supplies and liaising with suppliers as needed.
* Working collaboratively with the team, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.

Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in customer service and office administration.
* Is highly organised, with strong time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Can maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional judgement.
* Works well in a team and takes initiative when required.
* Has cultural competency and values workplace diversity.
* Holds a current Driver's Licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
