About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hands-on
Bakery Staff
to work in our production team with a focus on
mixing and depositing
. This role is key to ensuring our products are made to specification, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and operate mixers, depositors, and related bakery equipment.
Follow recipes and production schedules accurately to meet daily targets.
Monitor product quality and consistency, adjusting processes as required.
Maintain a clean and safe working workplace in line with food safety and WHS standards.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals.
About You
Experience in food manufacturing, commercial baking, or similar production environments (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to follow procedures and uphold food safety standards.
Positive team player with a good work ethic and reliability.
