Job Title: Strategic Recruitment Lead
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Recruitment Lead to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment activities for a major infrastructure project. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters and administrators, ensuring timely mobilization of personnel across all phases of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning objectives.
* Lead and manage a team of recruiters and administrators, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
* Liaise with senior project stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and align recruitment activity accordingly.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Requirements:
* Tertiary education in human resources or a related field.
* Minimum 8-10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
* Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
