, and an exciting new game-changing technology, we specialise in bringing leading-edge capital aesthetic devices to market—supporting clinics to deliver outstanding patient outcomes while driving long-term business growth.

We are seeking a
results-driven Aesthetics Business Development Manager
based in Sydney, with a proven track record in selling capital equipment into aesthetic clinics. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with key clinics and doctors across NSW, supported by references.

As part of the selection process, candidates will present a proactive go-to-market plan to introduce and grow our aesthetic device portfolio across Sydney and NSW.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, target, and close sales of aesthetic devices across Sydney and NSW within aesthetic clinics and businesses.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating clinical benefits, use cases, and competitive advantages.
* Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
* Provide ongoing product support and education to ensure correct usage and optimal clinical and commercial outcomes.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and broader market developments.
* Travel within the assigned territory as required to support business growth.

About You

* Proven sales experience within aesthetics, capital equipment, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, skincare, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of aesthetic clinic operations and treatments within the Sydney and NSW market.
* Established relationships with aesthetic clinics and key decision-makers across NSW.
* Demonstrated ability to execute a successful go-to-market sales strategy.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
* Willingness to travel with a valid driver's licence.
