We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our well-established Early Learning Centre located in Echuca, Victoria. ✨ Your Role:
* Oversee daily operations to ensure the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirements, including DE, VEYLDF, and National Law/Regulations.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs and uphold a positive team culture.
* Develop and implement inclusive, culturally respectful educational programs aligned with the centre’s philosophy and community needs.
* Drive continuous improvement through effective leadership, reflective practice, and active contribution to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
* Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community to support children’s learning and development.
✅ You’ll need:
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Centre Director/Manager role
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A passion for early childhood education and team development
* Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and WWCC (or willing to obtain)
