Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
* Managing all infrastructure services including data centres, networks, servers, storage, virtualisation, backups, and cloud platforms.
* Driving operational excellence through modernisation and best practice implementation.
* Managing a team of 5 engineers.
* Leading infrastructure-related projects and contributing to strategic planning.
* Ensuring high availability and performance of core systems and platforms.
* Overseeing vendor relationships and service delivery.
* Coaching and developing a high-performing infrastructure team.
* Maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
* Promoting a culture of agility, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
* Proven experience in people leadership and strategic planning.
* Sound technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, Server, Virtualisation, Backups & Disaster Recovery, Storage and Networking.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
* Microsoft, Azure, Fortinet, Juniper and ITIL certifications are advantageous.
* A passion for mentoring teams and driving innovation.
