This is an ideal opportunity for self-motivated people seeking insight into a vibrant company of young professionals. We are sourcing a Permanent Full-Time Office Administration Manager; flexible working environment. The main focus is to manage our existing administration team and accounts within our Willetton office.

Links Surveying is a Perth-based surveying firm of Licensed Surveyors, Engineering Surveyors and trainee surveyors. We are client-focused, providing quality land surveying services predominantly for residential housing, land development, engineering and construction sectors.

We have a reputation for providing professional surveying services through reliability and precision. Sound knowledge and understanding of Xero. Prior experience managing a small team (approximately 5 people) and dealings with statutory authorities (Landgate, Local Council) are desirable.

Essential skills include effective written, computer literacy and verbal communication with clients, team members and associated trades; a solid understanding of office procedures; and the ability to respond quickly to changes in project conditions and client requirements. Applicants must be Australian residents.

Daily Responsibilities

* All company accounts – wages, accounts payable/receivable, statements, etc.
* Reception / switchboard
* Maintenance of job and order records
* Filing, collating, photocopying
