What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
* Formal training and qualifications as a Butcher or equivalent experience in the Butchery industry
* Excellent knife skills and the ability to safely operate butchery equipment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide knowledgeable advice to customers
