Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our accounting advisory services practice with responsibility for selling and delivering services. This role requires a strong knowledge of the accounting advisory process, particularly regarding the application of accounting standards, problem definition, and solution development.
1. Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities that lead to significant sales or referrals.
2. Develop marketing plans and activities aligned with market trends and emerging practices.
3. Support senior team members with knowledge, experience, and support during projects.
4. Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects.
5. Lead and manage projects in complex environments, ensuring client retention and developing innovative solutions.
6. Coordinate with practice leaders to address complex client needs.
7. Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinate team activities.
8. Review analyses, reports, and presentations to ensure quality and timeliness.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
* CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
* Experience in audit or assurance services.
* Strong understanding of technical accounting advisory and compliance implications.
* Track record of building client relationships.
* Experience in developing market and revenue plans.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong reporting, analytical, and process skills.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex financial data.
* Leadership experience in team development.
* Ability to manage multiple client matters and meet deadlines.
* High professionalism, work ethic, and integrity.
* Willingness to travel to client offices.
