Duties Advise & represent clients in complex family law cases with care & professionalism Negotiate, mediate & appear in court Build strong client relationships, balancing professionalism with empathy Draft high quality legal documents: including affidavits, financial agreements, and parenting plans Manage files end‑to‑end, collaborating with barristers and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients Mentor junior team members & contribute to firm growth & business development Skills & Experience Minimum 7 years’ family law experience (PAE) Accredited family law specialist (ideal) Accredited mediator (ideal) Strong ethical compass and a genuine commitment to helping families Exceptional technical skills along with great leadership skills Ability to manage high-conflict situations with compassion, warmth and a solutions-focussed style A good sense of humour & ability to fit into a fun‑loving, supportive team About Our Client A progressive, boutique‑style family law firm, located in a beautiful bayside suburb, known for empathy, integrity, and client focus.
