About the role
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marine Surveyor to join our Caleb Brett team in Sydney on a part-time, permanent basis (minimum 24 hours per week).

As a Marine Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting a range of surveys and inspections related to cargo, marine, petroleum, chemical, grain on sea-going and bulk cargo vessels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing Cargo, Marine, Petroleum, Chemical, Road tanker inspections and Grain surveys and inspections.
- Sampling and gauging shore tanks at various Terminals.
- Preparing detailed reports and invoices.
- Liaising with clients, shipping agents, and vessel staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Contributing to general office functions, ensuring accurate reporting and timely analysis of results.
- Providing support for terminal and wharf duties as needed.
The role requires the successful candidate to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card.
Experience with oil, fuel and LPG tankers, dry cargo, and marine inspections is beneficial.
