Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement menu plans that meet nutritional standards, utilizing local ingredients and seasonal produce when possible.
* Bulk meal preparation, online ordering, inventory management, and budget control.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
* Accommodate individual child requirements, including allergies and dietary needs, by providing alternative options.
Requirements
* Current Food Safety Certification.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience working in an early childhood setting, preferably in a kitchen environment.
* Reliable transportation to and from work.
* First aid certification and resuscitation skills.
