We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a $10 million school project in Melton. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile education build, delivering modern facilities that will have a lasting impact on the local community.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, timely and high-quality delivery of the project from groundworks through to handover.
Key responsibilities
* Managing all on-site construction activities
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Driving program and ensuring milestones are achieved
* Maintaining strict compliance with OH&S requirements
* Ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications
* Managing site logistics, inductions, and daily reporting
* Liaising with consultants, stakeholders, and client representatives
* Leading and motivating site teams to deliver excellence
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects ($5m–$20m)
* Previous experience delivering education or institutional projects
* Strong knowledge of Victorian building regulations and OH&S standards
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to drive program while maintaining quality and safety
* Trade background or relevant construction qualification
