Lead Utilities Engineering Technician Role at Thermo Fisher Scientific
This role supports sitewide routine operation and maintenance of utility systems, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Problem-Solving Discussions: Participate in discussions with multi-functional teams to identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and develop action plans.
* Routine Maintenance: Complete routine maintenance tasks in a timely manner, adhering to engineering standards, quality, and safety procedures.
* Training and Development: Complete training to enhance competencies and contribute to team efforts by achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Vendor Support: Support third-party vendors performing maintenance activities and ensure accurate completion of GMP documentation.
* Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by the utilities engineer.
Requirements:
* Education: NITEC or Diploma in Engineering-related qualifications.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and First-class boiler attendant certification.
