The Chance An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join the Perth office.
This position is for 2–3 days per week (22.5 hours) and will see you working closely with the wider finance team to provide high-quality accounts support.
Your Duties Processing transactions into MYOB for individuals and entities, including reconciliations Updating Share Trading and Investment Property spreadsheets Accounts payable support, including reconciliation of firm credit cards and expenditure Assisting the Credit Controller with end-of-month invoicing and client correspondence Providing support across trust account processes Other ad hoc administrative and finance duties as required Experience Minimum of three years' experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts support role Solid attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate to advanced experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office products Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving What is in it for you?
