**About the Company**
**About the role**
As part of the Erskine Park Logistics department, this role reports to the Customer Service Manager, delivering excellent customer service to our luxury fashion client, administrative support to the warehouse operation and always willing to go the extra mile.
Your duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Waving and processing customer orders
- Customer support to the client
- Liaising with external transport companies by booking freight collections and consigning transport documents and manifests
- Assist with stocktakes and data entry
- Assisting the Warehouse team with Ad-hoc warehouse administrative duties

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will need to display the following strongly:
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Admin or Logistics customer service role
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong customer focus
- Be able to multitask, work autonomously with mínimal support and still work well as a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
The following qualities would be advantageous in this role:
- A team player with a Can-Do attitude
- Ability to present during meetings and communicate effectively
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills
- Have a great attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
