Assistant Jewellery Sales Supervisor / Jewellery Sales Supervisor
Sydney, Emporium Melbourne and Chadstone Melbourne are the regions where our stores operate.
We have 5 positions available for this role.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Assist the Shop Manager in daily shop operations and inventory monitoring.
* Sell and promote jewellery products effectively.
* Provide high-quality and professional customer service.
* Support colleagues in completing their tasks.
* Contribute to daily departmental operations and product work.
* Train new hires on the job.
* Offer feedback to staff regarding their performance and expectations.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* A minimum of a high school education level.
* At least 3 years of solid working experience in the jewellery retail industry.
* Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
* Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster.
Candidates with extensive relevant experience and management background in the jewellery retail industry will be considered for the roles of Jewellery Sales Supervisor or Senior Jewellery Sales Supervisor.
