RCL Consulting is exclusively recruiting for a reputable National Tier 2, looking to recruit a stand out Site Manager for a large multi storey health project in Ipswich.
With a strong pipeline of secured work across health, education and multi-residential sectors, this builder has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects while fostering long-term careers within their team.
The Project
* Complex services and technical build
* Strong support from an experienced Project Manager, CA, HSEQ and Foreman
* Well-structured programme and systems in place
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating all site activities and subcontractors
* Driving programme and sequencing works effectivelyMaintaining strict WHS compliance and site safety culture
* Ensuring quality control and defect minimisation
* Leading site teams and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering $30M+ commercial projects
* Multi storey project experience with other Tier 2 or similar
* Strong understanding of services coordination and complex builds
* Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
