About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the experience design across our suite of B2B platforms including self-service portals, reporting dashboards, and operational tools used by venues, promoters, and internal teams.
This role is critical in ensuring our enterprise clients venue partners promoters and internal operational teams have intuitive efficient and frictionless digital tools.
You'll be part of a growing Digital Experience team focused on designing intuitive efficient and scalable experiences for high-impact data-rich environments.
You'll work closely with Product Engineering and Analytics to simplify complexity and ensure our enterprise users can access the right tools insights and workflows when they need them.
Requirements
* Designing user journeys wireframes and prototypes for B2B tools and dashboards
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points
* Driving UX strategy for self-service and reporting platforms
* Working with developers and analysts to ensure feasibility and implementation
* Applying UX best practices to improve usability accessibility and flow
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years of UX experience ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS tools
* Comfortable designing for data-heavy platforms dashboards and workflows
* Strong in interaction design information architecture and stakeholder engagement
* Confident using Figma or equivalent tools
* Bonus: Experience in ticketing events or reporting platforms
