We are currently seeking candidates with experience and expertise in Business and Marketing to plan, develop, and deliver training and assessment to students in this study area.
The lecturer’s primary role is to teach, facilitate learning, assess, and mentor students in accordance with relevant curriculum and/or training package requirements. To maintain quality educational services, lecturers are required to stay updated on technological and other developments in their field through professional development, enabling them to provide current information and advice to the College and industry, where appropriate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Planning and delivery of vocational qualifications.
2. Development of assessment instruments and tools.
3. Create and maintain relationships with representatives of business and industry employers to facilitate industry consultation.
4. Make judgments regarding the standard of students’ work.
5. Write meaningful comments and provide feedback on the standard of students’ work.
You will possess:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Diploma of Business or similar qualification
* Excellent English communication and customer service skills
* Professional demeanor and ability to develop rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
* The ability to express yourself clearly in oral and written form.
