What You'll Be Doing
The Registered Nurse will deliver person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Provides supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care.
Selection Criteria
* Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated competencies in providing nursing care within a multidisciplinary team
* Effective clinical communication skills, both written and verbal
* Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking
* Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate
* Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
Additional Requirements
This is a Category 'A' position. All new employees must comply with NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015, including vaccination requirements against influenza and other diseases.
