**The role on offer**:
Reporting into the Content Director, the purpose of the Brand Experience Lead is to maximise ratings results for the company by working with the local Content team to successfully develop and implement creative audience experiences for SCA's assets and brands.
This role will manage, design, execute and communicate well-targeted activations and brand experience tactics to position the product in the local markets. The Brand Experience Lead will collaborate closely with the local Content team to attract listeners (ratings) through inclusive brand experience activity, external branding, web tactics and social media.
The Brand Experience Lead, in conjunction with the Content Director, will also lead, coach and develop any Brand Experience Specialist employees (and other functional supports) within the local market. This role is expected to demonstrate a high level of EQ, humility, respect and resilience in their leadership of all audience activity for the local market.
**The skills and experience you will need**:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy
- In depth knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms
- Excellent people and resource management skills
- Successful track record leading, motivating and inspiring complex teams; leading teams towards the delivery of creative solutions
- Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels
- Keen interest in news, popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCA's audiences
