Your new role
This contract position runs for up to 18 months and centres on integrating a new CRM with a range of internal data platforms to support a major service delivery program. You'll work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure systems communicate effectively and that new software aligns with operational needs. Alongside the core integration work, you'll also contribute to several upcoming digital initiatives across the organisation. The role sits within the software team and reports to the senior technology lead.
What you'll need to succeed
* A degree in information technology, relevant certifications, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
* A minimum of two years working with Microsoft Power Platform.
* A minimum of two years developing within Salesforce.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users and external partners.
* Experience coordinating or contributing to complex planning activities involving multiple groups.
* At least five years in a comparable technical role.
* Practical experience using APIs to connect disparate systems.
* A demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service in an IT environment.
