Cafe Team Leader Job
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in VIC.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining rosters, managing a small team in the corporate cafe, placing supplier orders, ensuring stock availability, performing barista and catering duties as required, and reporting directly to the owners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate rosters and lead a small team of staff.
* Manage supplier orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
* Perform various tasks including barista and catering duties.
* Report progress and issues to management.
Requirements:
* Available to work Monday–Friday, morning and afternoon shifts.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in cafe management.
* Ability to manage a team and lead by example.
* Certificates in hospitality or related field.
