Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Metal Roofer, located in the Greater Newcastle Area. The Metal Roofer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing metal roofing systems. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and securing roofing materials, conducting insulation and waterproofing work, and ensuring compliance with height safety standards on commercial and industrial sites.
Qualifications Proficiency in metal roofing installation, cladding, and working with roofsExperience in insulation and waterproofingComfortable and certified in working at height, complying with safety standardsCarpentry knowledge and relevant hands-on building experience is a plusAttention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanshipAbility to work efficiently in an on-site commercial and industrial environmentValid driver's license and white card (construction induction card) requiredPrevious experience in the roofing or construction industry is highly advantageous
