The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer: Leadership and Workforce Development to join our team on a permanent, part‐time basis working 3-4 days per week (0.7 FTE), based at the Catholic Education Office. As part of the Leadership and Workforce Development team within People, Leadership and Culture, you will provide high‐quality administrative support that enables the effective delivery of leadership and workforce development initiatives across Catholic Education South Australia (CESA). This role supports the Senior Organisational Development Advisor and the Manager, Leadership and Workforce Development, requiring initiative, professionalism, a high level of discretion and strong attention to detail. You will contribute to a culture focused on service excellence, outcomes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level administrative support to the Manager, Leadership and Workforce Development and the Senior Organisational Development Advisor to support leadership and workforce development initiatives.
* Coordinate and administer leadership and workforce development programs, including Study Incentive Programs.
* Support the delivery of CESA leadership programs through effective meeting, workshop and event coordination, including agendas, minutes and logistics.
* Respond to intake enquiries and manage sensitive information from schools, families and Catholic Education Office staff, exercising sound judgement and maintaining accurate records.
* Maintain records, databases, filing systems and online content to ensure accurate, compliant and timely information.
* Prepare reports, surveys, spreadsheets and communications to support program delivery, decision‐making and continuous improvement.
About You
* Extensive experience in providing senior administrative support, in an education setting would be advantageous
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Confident in managing multiple priorities and working autonomously in a fast‐paced environment.
* Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant qualification in business administration or similar.
