As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in our surface mining operations. You'll operate heavy mobile equipment such as haul trucks, graders, dozers, and loaders to safely and efficiently move materials across site. Description Key Responsibilities Operate heavy mobile equipment in a safe, efficient and environmentally conscious way Conduct pre-start inspections, monitor equipment and report faults Work within Rio Tinto's safety policies and procedures at all times Engage in continuous improvement and training opportunities Maintain clear and accurate records of delays, downtime and safety checks Profile Qualifications & Skills: Western Australian 'C' Class Manual Driver's Licence (required) Previous mining or equipment operation experience A strong safety mindset and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team and follow clear instructions Respectful and inclusive communication skills Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role.
