As a Digital Engineering Manager at Lendlease your primary responsibility will be to expertly influence business and digital strategy and uptake across our projects and functions to create value and competitive advantage in development, conversion, design, procurement and project execution across Lendlease. You will provide strategic advice and process design and implementation on digital technology in AEC to a wide range of stakeholders across Lendlease as a SME. You will support project teams and functions across the business to better use information and technology to support the design, procure and deliver value chain, which will span in scale from small opportunities to larger more complex offerings. You will be part of a highly experienced core capability team transforming the business. To be successful you will need: Extensive experience and credibility working with Digital and BIM technology and capability, preferably from the construction, engineering or architecture sector. Practical project and site experience focussed on digital design and construction is preferable. Expertise in advanced 3D/4D/5D modelling tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, AutoCAD). Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Strong leadership, management and communication skills, with the ability to build key relationships with a range of stakeholders within the business. Experience driving adoption and embedment of Digital Engineering capability across a business. Leading collaboration between design, project management, and construction teams. Developing and implementing digital governance, BIM standards, and workflows. Supporting projects with digital strategies, model quality control, and procurement solutions. Representing Lendlease as a digital leader through thought leadership and industry engagement.
