What You'll Do
Joining our remote team in Darwin, you'll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. Our service manages a mixed paediatric and adult caseload, with a stronger focus on psychosocial disability in line with local community needs, alongside a range of physical disabilities. The role is community-based, with most appointments conducted via home visits through our fully mobile setup, and we are also seeing a growing number of aged care referrals.
Our remote Darwin team includes two OTs, with a third joining us shortly! You will receive nationwide and face‐to‐face support. You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
